Hydraulic Press Operation and Installation Tutorial

Oil Pipe Connection.

Connect the up pipe of the main cylinder.

Connect the downpipe of the main cylinder.

Connect the downpipe of the ejection cylinder.

Connect the up pipe of the ejection cylinder.

Connect the prefill valve of the main cylinder.

Wire Connection.

Open the electrical cabinet. Connect to the three-phase power source.

Fill The Oil.

Unscrew the oil filling port.

Add Nunber forty six antiwear hydraulic oil.

Operation Process.

Turn on the power.

Wait for the system to load.

Tap the screen to enter in.

Choose the language.

Click the button SERVE start and stop.

Place the prepunched sheet into the die.

Press the Main Cylinder Push and hold. The slider is pressing down.

Press the Main Cylinder Return and hold. The slider is returning and up and then taking the product out.
