1. Strictly abide by the safe operation rules of machine tool workers, and wear protective protective equipment as required.

2. Before starting, carefully check whether the motor, switch, circuit and grounding are normal and firm, and check whether the control parts and buttons of the equipment are in the correct position.

3. Check the overlap and firmness of the upper and lower molds; check that each positioning device meets the requirements for machining.

4. When the upper slide plate and each positioning axis are not in the state of the origin, the homing program is run.

5. After the equipment starts, idle for 1-2 minutes, and the upper slide will move 2-3 times. If it is found that there is abnormal sound or fault, stop immediately, and the fault will be eliminated.

6. The work should be unified by one person, so that the operator can closely cooperate with the feeding and suppressing personnel to ensure that the matching personnel can issue the bending signal in a safe position.

7. According to the thickness of the bent sheet, shape and size, adjust the stroke of the slider and adjust the upper and lower mold and bending pressure. Select the size of the lower die and the bending force of the workpiece. It must be compared with the bending force table on the right side of the machine. The working bending force is not greater than the nominal force.

8. When adjusting the upper and lower mold gaps, the slider must stop at the top dead center. The gap must be adjusted from large to small, and the gap between the upper and lower molds can be adjusted initially. Generally, the thickness can be about 1 mm larger than the thickness of the plate. The clearance must be greater than the thickness of the plate to avoid crushing the mold due to no gap.

9. When bending more than two people, you must designate a person to step on the brakes and turn off the power when leaving the machine.

10. Do not work on one side and single point.

11. When the sheet is bent, it must be compacted to prevent the sheet from being warped and injured when bending.

12. Do not stack debris and measuring tools between the upper and lower molds.

13. When the sheet material is pressed, the power must be turned off and the operation is stopped.

14. Correctly select the bending mold, the upper and lower molds should be tightened at the correct position, and the installation should be protected from trauma.

15. When changing the opening of the variable lower die, no material is allowed to come into contact with the lower die.

16. Correctly select the bending pressure. The stress during the eccentric load is less than 1/2 of the maximum pressure.

17. The maximum bending pressure bending part length shall not be less than 1/3 of the length of the table.

18. When the machine is working, the rear of the machine is not allowed to stand.

19. It is strictly forbidden to press the sheet at one end separately.

20. If the workpiece or mold is found to be incorrect during operation, it should be stopped for calibration. It is strictly forbidden to correct by hand during operation to prevent injury.

21. It is forbidden to fold over-thick iron plates or quenched steel plates, high-grade alloy steels, square steels and sheets exceeding the performance of sheet bending machines to avoid damage to the machine.

22. Check frequently. The degree of coincidence of the lower mold; the indication of the pressure gauge is in compliance with the regulations.

23. An abnormal shutdown occurs immediately, the cause is checked and the relevant personnel are notified to promptly eliminate the fault.

24. Before shutting down, place a wooden block on the lower mold below the two sides of the cylinder to lower the upper slider onto the wooden block.

25. After completion, first exit the control system program, then cut off the power supply and clean the work site.
