1 Electric double tray rack

2 Five lines beading machine

3 Hydraulic notching machine

4 Electric shearing machine

The cutting part is located between the notching machine and lock forming machine, the function is cutting plate for blanking and cutting the angle when refueling;

5 Multi-function lock forming machine

After the angle cutting, continue to move forward. When it reaches the preset length, the lock forming machine will automatically turn on, cutting and form the Pittsburgh lock single hem and right-angled hem, and automatically return to the original position after completion. It completes a loop and realizes the bite function.

6 Double linkage TDF flange machine

The width of the workpiece can be adjusted and the adjustment range is 600-1500mm, it is most suitable for the mass production of ducts.
